The Membership Tiers
Tier is the membership level or ranking of cards based on Tier Points earned within a specific period. This is defined by a set variety of rewards, services, or benefits, which increase in value as the member upgrades to a higher tier.
Reward Circle has five membership tiers:
A member’s total accumulated Tier Points earned within 12 months shall determine the membership tier that will be assigned to the member.
The Points System
With Reward Circle, you can earn three types of points: Tier Points, Circle Points, and Lifestyle Points.
Tier Points are earned when a member plays at any table game, electronic gaming machine, or Okada Online Casino over a 12- month period. Tier Points earning will be based on betting amount and length of play.
Yes. Tier Points are valid within 12 months on a first-in-first-out basis.
To check your Tier Points balance, you may visit any Membership & Rewards Counter inside the casino or use any available membership service kiosk.
Tier Points need to be earned within a 12-month period to qualify for a certain tier.
Circle Points are points you can spend around the resort. Like a redeemable wallet, Circle Points can be used to purchase items or redeem offers at Reward Circle participating outlets and partners (1 Circle Point = PHP 1.00).
Circle Points are earned through gaming activity and rating. The earning rate will depend on the membership tier level. The higher level of membership, the higher the earning rate of Circle Points. For every 1 Tier Point earned, you also earn Circle Points based on the following earning rate:
Circle Points can be used for both gaming and non-gaming activities and products, such as slot credits, promotional gaming chips, hotel stays, dining, entertainment, and retail shopping. Conversion rate is at 1 Circle Point = PHP 1.00.
Members may use a combination of Circle Points, Lifestyle Points, and other forms of payment such as cash, credit card, and OKash (cashless).
To ensure security and validity of transactions, members will always be required to present their membership card and enter their personal identification number (PIN) for every purchase.
No. Tier Points are non-deductible even when you are spending your Circle Points.

Unlike Circle Points, Lifestyle Points are earned through non-gaming activity and spending. The earning rate will be 1% of the base amount spent (excluding taxes) and only applies if paid via cash, credit card, or OKash (cashless).
Lifestyle Points can be used for non-gaming activities such as hotel stays, dining, entertainment, spa and retail shopping. Conversion rate is at 1 Lifestyle Point = PHP 1.00.
Yes. Lifestyle Points will be earned based on the amount (excluding taxes) of cash, credit card, or OKash (cashless) payment made.
Members may use a combination of Circle Points, Lifestyle Points, and other forms of payment such as cash, credit card, and OKash (cashless).

Yes. We encourage you to claim your new membership card so you can start enjoying your upgraded benefits and rewards.
Once you get upgraded, a new membership tier review date will be generated which is 12 months from your last upgrade date.
Card Status
Keep earning Tier Points to upgrade or maintain your card status according to your tier’s earning requirement. To maintain your card status, you have to earn the required Tier Points within 12 months.
Yes. The system will check your Tier Points balance on your membership tier review date. If you have not earned sufficient Tier Points in the past 12 months to maintain your card status, you will be automatically downgraded.
Once you get maintained or downgraded, a new membership tier review date will be generated which is 12 months from your last review date.

Sign Up
Registration is easy and takes only a few minutes.
Simply present a proof of identification and accomplish the registration form at any Membership & Rewards counter. Guests may also register online through membership.okadamanila.com.
Filipino applicants must present an original and valid government-issued photo ID. Foreign applicants, meanwhile, are required to present a passport and Alien Certificate of Registry (ACR) ID card.
No. Membership is free.
Your personalized Reward Circle membership card will be issued at the Membership & Rewards counter upon registration.

To request for a card replacement, please visit any Membership & Rewards counter and present a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. Card replacement fee applies.
To reset your PIN, visit any Membership & Rewards counter inside the casino. Kindly present a valid government-issued ID and your membership card for proper identification.
