Cancellation Policy	You’ll get a full refund as long as you don’t redeem your voucher. In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule.
Amendment Policy	Guests may only reschedule their booked session once. Changes have to be made at least 1 day before the activity.

Reminder	We recommend to bring your swimming costume and arrive 30 minutes to one hour before your scheduled spa appointment so you can enjoy the spa lounge and aqua therapy facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, experience shower, sauna and steam room). We provide complimentary use of bath robe, towels, slippers, shower and toiletry amenities.
