Mechanics

  • The promotion is open to existing Reward Circle members only. Members who sign up during the promo period are not eligible to participate.
  • To join, member must update their contact information (contact number and email address) and opt in to marketing communications during the Update Period at the Membership and Rewards Counter or through https://okadamanila.com/reward-circle-profile-update/.
  • Each qualified member will receive only one (1) e-raffle entry, regardless of the number of profile updates made.
  • Upon successful completion of their profile update, members will receive an SMS and/or email confirming their e-raffle entry.
  • Profile updated must be completed by October 15, 2026 at 5:59 AM. Updated made after the cut-off will not qualify.
  • Five (5) winners will be randomly selected electronically from all qualified entries. Each winner will receive one (1) Deluxe Room stay. Each member may win only once.
  • Winners will be notified through their registered mobile number and/or email address.
  • To claim the prize, winners must present their valid Reward Circle membership card and a valid government-issued ID.
  • Prizes must be claimed within seven (7) days from the date of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, subject to applicable rules and approvals.
  • Entries containing incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, or unverifiable information may be disqualified.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash, unless otherwise stated.

Terms and Conditions

  • Rewards must be claimed within seven (7) days from the date of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, subject to applicable rules and approvals. To book, call 02 8888 0800 or email [email protected].
  • Blackout dates apply from October 27 to 30 and November 28 to 30, 2026.
  • The offer is valid for a Deluxe Room stay on all days of the week, except during blackout dates. Subject to availability.
  • Only registered guests may occupy or stay in the hotel room.
  • Guests may not sell, transfer, or share the hotel room booking or accommodation with other persons without prior permission from Okada Manila. Violators may be banned from the premises, disqualified from Okada Manila programs and promotions, and/or held liable for damages at the sole discretion of Okada Manila.
  • A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented upon check-in.
  • Standard check-in time is 3 PM, and standard check-out time is 12 PM. Additional fees may apply for early check-in and/or late check-out requests.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other existing discounts or promotions and is not valid for group reservations.
  • Okada Manila reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
