  • Items selected from the catalog must be paid using Circle Points.
  • Circle Points used for purchase are non-refundable.
  • Members may use value vouchers or discount vouchers valid for Reward Circle Collections to purchase.
  • Value vouchers and discount vouchers cannot be combined.
  • Item(s) will be delivered within 7 to 14 days upon purchase and may vary based on availability and alignment between OSIM and contact person assigned through the delivery sheet.
  • By accomplishing and signing the delivery sheet, member agrees that data will be shared to OSIM for delivery purposes only.
  • Member will be notified through SMS/Viber on order status of purchased item(s).
  • Any voucher that has been altered, copied, hand printed, forged, damaged, manipulated or tampered with in anyway, or which contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void, and will not be eligible for any use.
  • Okada Manila reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
