Both the child and accompanying adult(s) must secure a PLAY Pass before entry.
The accompanying parent or guardian must be at least 18 years old.
A PLAY Pass includes 2 hours of playtime inside the facility. Extension will be charged the equivalent of a regular PLAY access rate. Children under 5 years old and children with special needs must be accompanied by an adult at all times and must remain inside throughout the duration of the visit. If left unattended, they may be removed without refund or compensation.

Children aged 3 and below must have one-on-one (1:1) adult supervision at all times.
One adult may supervise up to three (3) children aged 4 and 5 (1:3 ratio).

Children aged 6 – 17 may enter without an accompanying adult, but an adult must be present for check-in and check-out.
Children who are sick or have had a fever (and not on fever-reducing medication) within the last 24 hours or have had any recent exposure to a contagious illness will not be allowed entry.
The parent or guardian who registered the child at entry is the only one allowed to leave and exit with the child.
No drop-offs and no in-and-out privileges are allowed.
Parents/guardians are encouraged pick up their children 15 minutes before closing time. If a child is not picked up 15 minutes after closing time, the management will turn them over to the relevant government or non-government agency.
All guests, both children and adults, must wear socks inside the PLAY area. Socks are available for purchase at the retail counter. Guests using slides are encouraged to wear long-sleeved shirts.
Do not leave valuables in the day lockers or shoe cubbies.
Children should not wear loose jewelry or clothing with metallic rivets, back-pocket buttons, or any design that may scratch other children or surfaces.
