This Christmas, Kiapo at Okada Manila invites guests to rediscover the timeless flavors of a truly Filipino holiday. The restaurant’s Paskong Pinoy Favorites highlight two beloved delicacies that capture the heart of every celebration—Puto Bumbong and Classic Bibingka.

For generations, the aroma of freshly made kakanin, or traditional rice delicacies, has been a hallmark of Filipino Christmas. At Kiapo, this cherished tradition comes alive in every bite, bringing the joy of festive mornings after Simbang Gabi.
Guests can savor Puto Bumbong, freshly steamed purple rice cakes topped with muscovado sugar and grated coconut—a warm, nostalgic favorite that comforts the soul. The Classic Bibingka, soft and golden, is baked to perfection and served with salted egg slices and shredded coconut for that distinctly Filipino flavor that completes every Christmas celebration.
Puto Bumbong starts at PHP 350, while the classic Bibingka starts at PHP 380.
