With a culinary journey that began in 1998, Chef Mattia has dedicated his career to honoring the roots of Italian cuisine. A master of handcrafted pasta, bread, and traditional cooking techniques, he has helmed kitchens across Italy, Dubai, and the Philippines. His career highlights include overseeing seven Italian restaurants as Executive Chef at Sofra worldwide company in Dubai and earning two “Fork & Spoon” distinctions in the Michelin Guide at Villa Kofler in the Dolomites.
Today, as the creative force behind La Piazza, Chef Mattia continues to surprise and delight diners with his signature dishes prepared over the Josper grill, blending classic flavors with modern flair.
