Terms & Conditions
  • Booking period starts on December 1, 2025 to June 29, 2026 for stays from January 2, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Valid all days of the week, subject to room availability.
  • This offer is for a minimum stay of two nights.
  • A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented upon check in.
  • This is a book-and-buy arrangement. Full payment through credit card is required upon booking and is non-refundable but may be rebooked subject to applicable charges such as rate difference.
  • Credit/Debit card used for the payment of this booking must be presented by the credit/debit card holder upon check in. Otherwise a new form of payment will be required.
  • The Hotelā€™s standard check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 PM. Additional fee applies for early and/or late check-out requests.
  • An incidental deposit of PHP 5,000 per night will be collected upon arrival.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other existing discounts or promotions during the same period.
  • Reward Circle members and new sign-ups are entitled to earn points upon presenting their membership card at the point of check-in.
  • Okada Manila through [email protected] will reach out to the guest within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed to arrange the transfers and golf schedule.
  • Advance booking appointment for the massage treatment at The Retreat Spa is required through [email protected] or +632 8555-5775. Unused portion of the package will be forfeited neither can be refunded nor rebooked.
  • The Retreat Spa Operating Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9 AM to 10 PM; Friday to Sunday: 9 AM to 12 AM.
