Promo Mechanics
- Globe Platinum subscribers automatically get upgraded to Reward Circle’s Elite Tier when they sign up from February 18, 2025 to February 14, 2026.
- Additionally, a new sign-up privilege will be given to the members: a complimentary drink at The Coral Lounge, The Retreat Spa Lounge Access for 2 for the first 500 new sign ups or a free Okada Day Tour Experience for 2 for the succeeding sign-ups.
Promo General Terms & Conditions
- The promo is open exclusively to all Globe Platinum subscribers.
- The offer is valid from February 18, 2025 until February 14, 2026.
- To qualify for the promo, Globe Platinum subscriber must sign-up as a Reward Circle member. Upon signing up, they will be automatically upgraded to the Elite tier, and will enjoy the full benefits of a Reward Circle Elite member of Okada Manila (see membership benefits here).
- Subscribers must use/give their Globe Platinum number in the application form/sign up process. Non-Globe Platinum mobile numbers will not be honored in this promo.
- The Retreat Spa Lounge Access for 2 voucher will be given to the first 500 members upon signing up. After the first 500, Globe Platinum members who will sign up during the promo period will get a free Okada Day Tour Experience for 2 voucher. Voucher T&Cs apply.
- To join this promo, Globe Platinum member must visit the Membership and Rewards counter at Okada Manila. The Reward Circle card is free. Just present the Globe Platinum signal together with a valid government-issued ID, and fill out a form to apply.
- The Elite membership will be enjoyed for one full year. Similar to any regular RC member, membership tier is subject to tier evaluation. Member may be downgraded or upgraded, based on the valid Tier Points earned within the 12-month period.
- Only guests aged 21 and up may participate in this promo.
The Retreat Spa Lounge Access For 2 Terms & Conditions
- This sign-up privilege is only given to the first 500 Globe Platinum members who will sign-up during the promo period.
- The Retreat Spa Lounge Access for 2(single visit) voucher is valid within thirty (30) days from the date of printing. Guests must book their visit on or before the expiry date indicated on the voucher.
- Visits may be booked within the following periods only. Schedule and availability is still subject to change without prior notice: February 2025 to April 2026, from Mondays to Thursdays
- Vouchers may not be redeemed during the holidays and blackout dates identified by Okada Manila during the course of the promo period:

- On the day of the scheduled visit, member must present their Platinum signal (mobile device), Reward Circle Elite card, and voucher at The Retreat Spa.
- Member can bring one (1) guest who will enjoy the same benefits for free.
- The privilege includes the use of The Retreat Spa pool, spa lounge, locker, and wet area facilities (sauna, steam, hot pool & experience showers).
- Access for additional guests, spa services (massages, treatments), products and use of other facilities not included in #7 shall be paid for by the guest. Any incidental charges can be settled by usual acceptable payment modes (e.g., cash, credit card, loyalty points, digital wallet, OKash, etc.).
- Vouchers are non-transferrable, not convertible to cash, and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- The vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other ongoing promo offers and discounts.
- Senior Citizen and/or Persons with Disabilities (“PWD”) discount will not be allowed when using the voucher.
- Any voucher that has been altered, copied, hand printed, forged, damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void, and will not be eligible for any use.

Free Okada Day Tour for 2 Terms & Conditions
- This sign-up privilege shall be given to the succeeding Globe Platinum members (after the first 500) who will sign-up during the promo period.
- Free Okada Day Tour for 2 voucher is valid within thirty (30) days from the date of printing. Guests must book their visit on or before the expiry date indicated on the voucher.
- Vouchers can be redeemed on weekdays except on blackout dates identified by Okada Manila. There are no scheduled day tours during weekends.
- Member must present Platinum signal (mobile device), Reward Circle Elite card, and voucher at Okada Day Tour Lounge on the day of the scheduled availment.
- Member can bring one (1) guest who will enjoy the same benefit for free. Regular Day Tour rates will apply for additional guests.
- The privilege includes the access to the Day Tour Lounge, welcome drinks and pastries, and a 1.5-hour walking guided tour around Okada Manila.
- Free Okada Day Tour for 2 sign up privilege does not include the F&B vouchers. Member and free guest may avail of the F&B voucher for a discounted rate of PHP 1,500 per person.

Free Drinks At The Coral Lounge
- The offer is valid to all Globe Platinum subscribers who are also Reward Circle members.
- For Globe Platinum subscribers who are non-Reward Circle members, they must first sign up before claiming this benefit.
- Members enjoy one (1) free drink at The Coral Lounge; choice of local beer or non-alcoholic drink.
- The offer is valid from June 23, 2025 to February 12, 2026, between Sunday to Friday from 7 PM to 3 AM, except on blackout dates.
- Blackout dates are all Saturdays and public holidays.
- Globe Platinum subscribers must present their Platinum signal and Reward Circle card to the Membership and Rewards counter at the Casino floor.
- Counter host to issue a drink voucher to the member.
- Member must present the drink voucher together with the Reward Circle card to The Coral Lounge staff when claiming the free drink.
- The drink voucher is valid for 48 hours upon issuance.
- The drink voucher is transferable but member must be present at the time of redemption.
- Member can only redeem the free drink once during the promo period.
- The drink voucher is not for sale, non-replaceable if lost or damaged, and cannot be exchanged for other rewards or benefits.
