Mechanics

  • Guests and Reward Circle members may enjoy exclusive rewards by presenting a single receipt worth PHP 300 or more from any retail dining outlet at the Retail Booth, Coral Wing, The Promenade, Okada Manila, from 2 PM to 10 PM.
  • Guests and Reward Circle members must present one (1) valid receipt at the Retail Booth to claim one (1) rewards coupon. Each coupon has a specific minimum purchase requirement. Only one (1) coupon may be claimed per receipt.
  • Guests and Reward Circle members may choose any available rewards coupon, provided their receipt meets or exceeds the coupon’s minimum spend requirement. Coupons with a higher minimum spend cannot be claimed if the receipt amount does not qualify.

Terms and Conditions

  • Guests and Reward Circle members may claim a rewards coupon at the Retail Booth by presenting a qualifying single receipt that meets the minimum purchase requirement from any Okada Manila retail dining outlet.
  • Each dining Reward Coupon corresponds to a specific minimum purchase requirement. The reward that may be claimed depends on whether the presented receipt meets the required spend for a particular reward tier.
  • Guests may redeem multiple dining Reward Coupons by presenting separate receipts.
  • If a receipt qualifies for more than one reward tier, the guest or Reward Circle member must choose only one reward to redeem.
  • Strictly one (1) receipt equals one (1) reward. Multiple rewards cannot be claimed using the same receipt.
  • Guests and Reward Circle members must present the original qualifying receipt at the Retail Booth for verification. If the purchase amount meets the minimum requirement for any reward tier, the corresponding reward will be issued by an Okada Manila Retail Sales Associate (RSA).
  • Only receipts dated within the official promotion period will be accepted.
  • Receipts paid using gift vouchers or casino vouchers will not be eligible for reward redemption.
  • Rewards must be claimed at the retail outlet specified on the reward voucher.
  • Rewards may only be claimed during the operating hours of the participating outlets.
  • Reward vouchers must be redeemed within the promotion period only.
  • Reward vouchers are transferable but not convertible to cash.
  • Damaged, defaced, or tampered reward coupons will not be honored.
  • Employees or team members of Okada Manila may participate in the promotion, subject to company policies and any future amendments.
  • Employees of Okada Manila retail outlets, their affiliates, or agents are not eligible to participate.
  • All receipts must be marked as redeemed after use to prevent reuse.
