How to Join

  • Member must earn at least 10 Tier Points per gaming day to redeem a prize. Daily earning period is from 6 AM to 5:59 AM the next day.
  • Upon reaching the required Tier Points, member must proceed to any membership kiosk and redeem their rewards on the same gaming day the points are earned.
  • Offer is cumulative per Tier Points milestone. One reward allowed per Tier Points milestone per member per gaming day only.
  • For rewards offering a choice of Daily Rewards Voucher or Free Play, members may redeem only one option.
  • Free Play prizes may be redeemed directly through any membership kiosk.
  • Daily Rewards Vouchers can be used at face value based on the amount printed and can be availed at specified outlets.

Terms & Conditions

  • Offer is exclusive for Reward Circle members.
  • Member must be present during prize redemption. Proxy is not allowed.
  • Voucher must be signed by the member before use.
  • Daily Rewards Vouchers must be redeemed in full in a single transaction for food and beverages at all Okada Manila signature restaurants and participating outlets, or for select wellness and leisure services at The Retreat Spa, The Sole Retreat, Thrillscape, and Okada Kids Club.
  • For wellness and leisure redemptions, Daily Rewards Vouchers may not be split across multiple visits. Availability of services is subject to the participating outlet’s operating hours, booking requirements, and capacity. Not valid for retail items.
  • For dining redemptions, Daily Rewards Vouchers are for dine-in transactions only. Take-away is not allowed.
  • Voucher is for one-time use only, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  • If the amount of voucher is not fully utilized, the outlet is not required to give cash change to the member.
  • Voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours from printed date indicated in the voucher.
  • Expired vouchers will be considered null and void.
  • Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for partial redemption.
  • Any voucher that has been altered, copied, hand-printed, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way, or contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical, or typographical errors, will be considered null and void, and will not be eligible for any use.
  • Lost or stolen voucher/s will not be reissued.
  • Okada Manila reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated and may withdraw or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • All matters and disputes shall be subject to final decision of Okada Manila.
