Terms and Conditions for Hotel Stay Prizes

Booking your stay
  • Winners will be notified by SMS or email the day after the draw. To book, contact Member Experience at +632 8888 0800 or [email protected].
  • Please book within seven days of the raffle draw. Your prize includes an overnight stay in the awarded room type with breakfast for four guests.
  • Stays are available any day of the week, except Philippine public holidays and blackout dates set by Okada Manila. Rooms are subject to availability.
During your stay
  • Please present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.
  • Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. Additional fees apply for early check-in or late check-out.
  • A maximum of one additional guest beyond the room’s standard occupancy is allowed. An additional charge of PHP 1,800 per room, per night applies, plus prevailing taxes and service charge. Breakfast for the additional guest is not included.
Using your prize
  • The prize is non-transferable. Only registered guests may stay in the room.
  • Bookings and accommodations may not be sold, transferred, or shared with others without permission from Okada Manila.

Terms and Conditions for Dining and Wellness Prizes

Where to use your voucher
  • Enjoy food and beverages, including non-alcoholic and selected alcoholic drinks, at Okada Manila-owned restaurants and outlets. This includes Premium Dining, In-Room Dining, and Pool Bar. Banquets and takeaway orders are excluded.
  • Vouchers may also be used for selected Wellness & Leisure services at The Retreat Spa, including the Salon, Barbershop, and Nail Art Studio; The Sole Retreat; Thrillscape; and Okada Kids Club. Retail items are excluded.
Validity and redemption
  • Vouchers are valid for 48 hours from the date of printing. Expired vouchers cannot be used.
  • Vouchers may be used any day of the week, including blackout dates set by Okada Manila and Philippine public holidays, within the voucher’s validity period.
  • Please be present when redeeming your voucher and sign it before use.
  • Each voucher is for one-time use and must be redeemed in full in a single eligible transaction. Wellness & Leisure redemptions cannot be split across multiple visits.
  • Any unused voucher balance will be forfeited. No change will be given.
  • Services are subject to the outlet’s operating hours, booking requirements, and capacity. Outlet-specific terms and promotional conditions also apply.
Important Reminders
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or partially redeemed.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
  • Altered, copied, handwritten, forged, damaged, or tampered vouchers are invalid. Vouchers containing system, printing, mechanical, or typographical errors are also invalid.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
