Terms and Conditions

  • The 20% discount applies to the prevailing Best Available Rate and is exclusive to valid San Miguel Beer Oktoberfest Kick-Off in Okada Manila ticket holders.
  • The offer is valid for stays from September 25 to 27, 2026. All rooms and room types are subject to availability.
  • Bookings must be made directly through the Okada Manila website, by telephone, by email, or as a walk-in.
  • The ticket holder must present an official event ticket and a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. Failure to present both requirements will result in the prevailing rate of the day being applied.
  • The offer is non-transferable, and the reservation must be registered under the ticket holder’s name.
  • Each qualified ticket holder may book a maximum of one room per day.
  • This is a book-and-buy offer. Full payment by credit or debit card is required upon booking.
  • Payments are non-refundable. Reservations may be rebooked up to 72 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability, applicable rate differences, and other charges.
  • The credit or debit card used for payment must be presented by the cardholder upon check-in. Otherwise, a new form of payment will be required.
  • Standard check-in time is 3 PM, and standard check-out time is 12 NN. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and applicable fees.
  • An incidental deposit of PHP 5,000 per night will be collected upon arrival and PHP 10,000 per night for two-bedroom suites.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions during the same stay period.
  • Senior citizens may avail of either this promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  • Okada Manila reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory guidelines.
