Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than three hours before the scheduled trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-show bookings will be charged the full trip amount.

Guests can easily access the parking areas with their vehicles through several entrances located at strategic points across the resort. These include the Pearl Wing and Coral Wing entrances, as well as additional side entrances.
In line with its commitment to sustainability and innovation, Okada Manila proudly features the first electric vehicle (EV) charging station in Entertainment City, located at the LG Floor parking area. This eco-friendly facility includes two Type 2 charging sockets, each with a power output of 22 kilowatt-hours, providing a convenient charging solution for EV owners.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, the EV charging station is available exclusively through Okada Manila’s valet service, with valet personnel managing the entire process. Complimentary charging is available to Supreme, Maharlika, and Okada Club Reward Circle members, while a charging fee applies to all other guests.
