Terms and Conditions

Okada Kids Club Halloween Spooky Carnival Party passes are valid only for the date and time indicated on the ticket.
Registration for the first session starts at 7:30 AM, doors open at 9 AM, and the celebration ends at 12 PM.
Registration for the second session starts at 1:30 PM, doors open at 3 PM, and the celebration ends at 6 PM.
For tickets purchased at the Okada Kids Club Reception, the official receipt must be presented upon registration.
For tickets purchased through payment links, the confirmation email must be presented upon registration.
For tickets purchased through the Online Store and Klook, the online voucher must be presented upon registration
Each guest will be issued a dedicated wristband granting access to the event program, games, and activities. The wristband must be worn at all times during the event.
Guests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only adults accompanying children may register.
Children aged twelve (12) and below must be accompanied by a guardian at all times during the event. The guardian must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Any child who is feeling unwell, has a fever (and is not taking fever-reducing medication), has had a fever within the last 24 hours, or has recently been exposed to a contagious illness will not be permitted entry.
Please do not leave personal belongings unattended. Okada Manila is not liable for any loss of or damage to personal belongings during the event.
Please check all treats for potential allergens (e.g., peanuts, dairy, seafood) before consumption.
All general admission child passes purchased under the name of a PWD cardholder shall be entitled to a 20% discount and VAT exemption, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
All general admission adult passes purchased under the name of a PWD or Senior Citizen cardholder shall be entitled to a 20% discount and VAT exemption, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Okada Manila reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
