Hotel

In line with IATF Resolution No. 02 (s.2022) allowing the entry to the country of unvaccinated, partially vaccinated or those whose vaccination status cannot be independently validated, the presentation of proof of full vaccination shall no longer be required upon check-in.

Additionally, wearing of face masks and/or personal protective equipment is voluntary for hotel guests and employees.

For the safety and wellbeing of our guests, kindly be advised that food delivery services will not be allowed inside the property including bringing of food from outside the hotel.

Alternatively, guests may order directly from in-room dining or may check out Okada Manila’s wide array of dining outlets located along the Restaurant Promenade and Crystal Corridor.

Alcoholic beverages, on the other hand, may still be permitted and for security clearance, a maximum allowable quantity is being implemented.

Moreover, to ensure that all our guests will have an extraordinary experience, partying inside the room is strongly discouraged. Kindly email roomreservations@okadamanila.com to know more about our suite packages.

Visitors of in-house guests may also enjoy and experience the room from 12 noon until 10 PM only. Also, there's a limit as to how many visitors we may allow depending on your room type. Only fully vaccinated visitors with vaccination cards presented will be permitted. 

If visitors will stay beyond the given visiting time, corresponding extra charges may apply. Moreover, to ensure that all our guests will have an extraordinary experience, we discourage partying inside the room.

The shuttle service is free to use for all our guests but please note that Reward Circle members will be prioritized. Just kindly bring either your Reward Circle card (if you’re a member) or a valid government-issued ID card. 

Also, in compliance with the recent directives from Parañaque City LGU, Metro Manila Council, and DOT, only fully vaccinated guests with vaccination cards will be allowed entry to the property. With this, vaccination cards must be presented upon boarding the shuttle.

Yes! Day tour operations of Destination Marketing is now open from Mondays to Fridays (including holidays) with the following timeslots:

  • 2:30 PM
  • 4:30 PM
  • 5:30 PM
  • 6:30 PM

 

No Tours for Destination Marketing Team:

 

  • Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • November 1 (All Saints’ Day)
  • December 24 (Christmas Eve)
  • December 31 (New Year’s Eve)

Unvaccinated guests, including minors who are not yet fully vaccinated, will not be allowed entry.

Our Coral Wing Pool is available from 7 AM to 8 PM daily. Likewise, the gym is available from 8 AM to 10 PM. Prior reservation is required for our Fitness Center. Please bring your room key whenever you visit the gym. These amenities are available for our in-house registered guests only. Hours of operation are subject to change without prior notice.

In-house guests are allowed to bring service pets (also called service animals or emotional support animals) provided that all relevant documents have been properly submitted and validated prior to arrival. A service pet is any dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks that benefit or aid an individual with a disability.

As we always do our best to provide a safe and pleasurable environment for our members while playing in the casino, we are working on getting a sufficient number of masks, which will be provided to our members.

Yes, you are welcome to visit any Membership & Rewards counter to sign up as a Reward Circle member.
