General Mechanics
How to Join
● All current Reward Circle members are qualified to join the promo.
● Reward Circle members may refer as many non-members as they can and have them sign up for the Reward Circle program.
● Reward Circle members will earn rewards when their referred applicant successfully registers to the program and earns Tier Points within the first 30 days of membership.
● Both referrer and referral are required to provide valid mobile numbers and opt in communication.
How to Refer
● If the referrer is present during the application, they must follow these steps:
o Fill out the referral form and read the terms and conditions of the program.
o Tick “Present” on the form.
o The referred applicant must sign the waiver agreeing that Okada Manila will link their account to the referrer’s account.
● Here are the steps to follow if the referrer is not present during the application:
o The referred applicant must fill out the referral form and read the terms and conditions of the program.
o The applicant will be asked to provide the complete name and membership number or date of birth of the referrer for proper identification.
o Applicant must tick “Absent” on the form.
o Applicant must sign the waiver agreeing that Okada Manila will link their account to the referrer’s account.
● Upon successful registration, the referred member will be issued a Reward Circle membership card and may start earning points at Okada Manila.
Tier Points Earning
● Referred members is required to earn 188 Tier Points within 30 days upon sign up.
● Once the referred member earns at least 188 Tier Points within the first 30 days, both
Claiming of Rewards
● Loading of rewards to the referrer will be 20 days after the first 30 days of the referral’s sign up date (gaming days).
● Qualified referrers will be notified via SMS that the reward has been loaded to their account.
